Retreats

St. Basil Life Teen Retreats

St. Basil the Great Life Teen hosts two weekend retreats each year, one in the fall and one in the spring. These retreats are a great way to take a step back from the busyness of daily life and focus more on your relationship with God, family and friends.

Every retreat is an opportunity to deepen your faith through prayer and the sacraments. Retreats run Friday night through Sunday evening.

Support Letter Information

We ask that parents write letters of support for their teens who are on retreat. In addition to letters from the parents we encourage that siblings, family and friends write letters as well. These letters are meant to express love and support for your teen. You can share past memories, an appreciation for who your teen has grown up to be or a letter encouraging them to continue to grow in their faith. This is often times one of the most impactful moments of the retreat for many teens and they will be so grateful for your letter.

We ask that…– Letters be delivered to the parish office no later than Sunday March 3, 2024.
– Letters be clearly marked ‘LIFE TEEN RETREAT’ and clearly print your teen’s first and last name.
– Letters be no larger than a standard office envelope.
– If someone is out of town and would like to send a SUPPORT LETTER, they can email their letter to Erin Prokop at eprokop@basilthegreat.org.
